THE SERVER ROE

Server 125 RoE - valid as of 8.7.2024, 16:00 UTC (18:00 CEST)

**General rules**

  • Scopely events override ROE – with the exception of actively mining UPC survey ships on nodes and armadas.

  • Win/Point trading is prohibited (repeatedly winning/losing battles outside of a PVP system, to advance in a leaderboard, beyond what is required for a milestone event) - If proven and confirmed by the admirals, the offending player(s) will be KOS for 4 weeks - potentially longer in the case of re-offenders.

  • Warships are not protected outside of armadas – Shoot for loot is preferable.

  • Player bases are not protected under any circumstances – Shield or share.

**General mining**

  • No loot – no shoot

  • Survey ships are protecting whilst mining if they are UPC.

  • Zero nodes can be cleared only when there are no other nodes or nodes of a material type available. Screenshots must be available if requested.

  • Amalgams, Meridians, D’Vors and Feeshas may be cleared when not mining their specific materials, only when there are no other nodes or nodes of a material type available. Screenshots must be provided if requested.

**Token mining systems**

  • Survey ships in token mining systems are protected up to a maximum amount of 5 million OPC.

  • Zero nodes can be cleared only when there are no other nodes available. Screenshots must be available if requested.

  • Amalgams, Meridians, D’Vors and Feeshas may be cleared when not mining their specific materials, only when there are no other nodes available. Screenshots must be provided if requested.

*Armadas**

  • Ships partaking in and supporting armadas are protected from attack.

  • Players must not start or steal (by speedup) armadas already started by other players. Failed armada attempts should be left idle for 10 minutes to allow a retry.

**Rogues**

Should a player or alliance not wish to follow ROE, then they are not given the protection of it. Following confirmation by the admirals, they will be classified as rogue and will be marked KOS by all ROE alliances.

**Incursions**

One hour prior to, and during the entirety of the incursion event, protection for survey ships, in ALL circumstances is suspended.
During Incursions all players will act in the best interest of the server. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • not attempting TT takeover in the 48 hours prior to and during Incursions

  • no cooperation with other server for personal gain at expense of server points

  • no point trading

  • not providing material or information assistance to other server (e.g. coordinates of raid locations, slowing oneself to be raided, etc)

Should any player be proven to be partaking in the above behaviour they will be marked KOS for 4 weeks.
During Incursion a 24h ceasefire between Alliances at war is in place to allow all Alliances to fight for the server!
